Store & Shop

Sell products at your events, hand them over on site, and run the prize and goodie-bag distribution — all from one Store section.

The Store section

Everything commerce-related lives under one Store entry in the organizer sidebar, split into tabs:

For saleChoose which products are on sale for each event, with their price, TIX price, and order.
ProductsYour catalogue: create products, manage variants, images, and stock.
SalesEvery order across all your events, for bookkeeping and CSV export.
PickupOrders waiting to be handed over: buyer, what is owed, and sale management.
DistributionThe goodie-bag builder, the scan station, and the hand-over tracking table.
SettingsShipping methods, store policies, and shop discount codes.
TIXThe in-person TIX stand and the auditable TIX ledger.
Sell TIXTIX packs buyers can purchase to top up their event wallet.

You only see the tabs your permissions allow.

Build your catalogue

Under Products, create the items you sell. A product can have variants (for example sizes) and its own stock, images, and description.

Put products on sale for an event

Under For sale, pick an event and choose which products are available at it.

  • Set a money price, and optionally a TIX price so players can pay with reward points.
  • Drag rows to control the display order.
  • Set purchase caps per order and per customer if you want to limit quantities.

Note: Publishing your shop requires a connected Stripe account. You are the merchant of record and the Stripe fees come out of your sales. See the Organization page for Stripe Connect.

How players buy

  1. A player opens your event's storefront and adds items to their cart.
  2. The cart holds the stock for 15 minutes while they check out, so items are not oversold.
  3. They pay by card (or with TIX where you allowed it) and collect their order at the event.

Discount and voucher codes are managed in the Settings tab (shop discount codes) and in the Coupons section.

Pickup and distribution

At the event, use the Distribution station — a scan console — to hand everything over in one place:

  • Scan a player's ticket or identity QR, or search their name.
  • Hand over their paid shop orders, their prizes, and their goodie bags.
  • Paid orders are marked ready automatically when the event starts.

The Pickup tab is the org-wide queue of orders still waiting to be collected.

Selling TIX packs

Under Sell TIX, create packs for an event — each pack is a number of TIX for a fixed price (for example {50 TIX for 10 EUR}). Buyers pay by card and their event wallet is topped up instantly.

  • Set a name, the TIX amount, the price, and an optional maximum per customer.
  • TIX pack sales are final — they are not refundable.

Sales and refunds

The Sales tab lists every order with its payment method (card or TIX) and status, and exports to CSV for your accounting. You can refund a shop order from there.
