Do players pay any platform fee?
What happens to the entry fees I collect?
Entry fees go directly to your Stripe account. There is no platform commission on the entry fee itself. The deductions are:
- Stripe processing fees (~1.5% + €0.25 for EU cards, ~2.5% + €0.25 for non-EU cards)
- Platform fee of €0.50/player from the 129th participant (invoiced separately after the event)

What are platform fees?
For tournaments with more than 128 participants, platform fees apply:
- First 128 participants: no platform fee
- From the 129th participant: €0.50 per player
- Based on actual participants in round 2 (not registrations). No-shows are not charged.
- Invoiced after the tournament ends. Applies to all tournaments regardless of payment method.
Example: 200 participants in round 2 → 72 players × €0.50 = €36 invoiced after the event.
