  • Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany (European Union).

2. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the Platform implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service (CGU). During account registration, the user must check the box "I accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy" to complete their registration.

The Editor reserves the right to modify these CGU at any time. Users will be notified of any changes by email and/or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

3. Types of Users and Registration

3.1 Player

Any individual who creates an account using an email address and password, or via OAuth authentication (Google, Discord, Apple). Players can:

  • Register for tournaments.
  • Submit match results and decklists.
  • View public standings and pairings.
  • Drop from tournaments.

3.2 Organizer

A user who creates an Organization on the Platform. Organization creation requires validation by the Platform. Organizers have access to a dashboard for:

  • Creating and managing tournaments.
  • Viewing player data (display names, emails).
  • Managing refunds and staff members.

3.3 Judge / Staff

Users invited by an Organizer to fulfill a staff role within a tournament or organization. Judges and staff can:

  • Enter and modify match results.
  • Manage penalties.
  • View player decklists.

3.4 Spectator

Any person may view published standings and pairings without creating an account. Publicly visible data is limited to display names and scores.

3.5 Age Requirements

  • Users aged 16 and over may create an account freely.
  • Users aged 13 to 15 may create an account with verifiable parental consent.
  • Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Platform.

4. Publicly Displayed Data

Each user chooses a display name in their profile settings (username or real name), which can be changed at any time.

Tournament standings and pairings display the chosen display name, scores, and match results. This information is accessible to everyone, including non-registered visitors.

By participating in a tournament, the player accepts the public display of their display name, scores, and results.

5. Decklists

Decklists can be set as public or private by the user:

  • Public decklists: Accessible to anyone via a shareable URL.
  • Private decklists: Visible only to the owner and to tournament staff when submitted to a tournament.

When a decklist is submitted to a tournament, tournament staff may view it regardless of its privacy setting, for verification purposes.

Decklists are the creative content of the player. The Editor claims no intellectual property rights over user-created decklists.

6. Payments

6.1 Payment Methods

The Platform supports payments via Stripe and/or HelloAsso. No credit card data is stored by the Editor. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

6.2 Platform Fees

A platform fee of 0.50 EUR per player applies for tournaments exceeding 128 participants. The fee is calculated based on the number of players paired in round 2 (excluding no-shows). Platform fees are invoiced to the Organizer after the tournament ends via Stripe Invoice.

6.3 Refund Protection

Organizers may enable an optional refund protection fee of 7% on registrations (opt-in by the player). This fee is non-refundable.

7. Refunds

The full refund policy is available at our Refund Policy page.

The tournament Organizer is the first point of contact for any refund request. In case of tournament cancellation, Stripe registrations are automatically refunded. HelloAsso refunds must be processed manually by the Organizer through HelloAsso.com.

Stripe processing fees are not refunded by Stripe and remain at the charge of the Organizer.

8. Subscriptions

The Platform offers Free, Plus, and Pro subscription plans. Subscriptions are managed via Stripe. Users may cancel their subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform code, design, logos, and branding are the exclusive property of the Editor.

Trading card game names, card names, and related trademarks are the property of their respective holders (including but not limited to Wizards of the Coast, The Pokemon Company, Ravensburger, Fantasy Flight Games, etc.).

Users retain all rights over the content they create on the Platform (decklists, profile information). By using the Platform, users grant the Editor a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute their content as necessary for the operation of the service.

10. Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Editor does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the service.

The Editor is not responsible for:

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution first.
