Email Marketing
Send email campaigns to your players and followers, built to respect consent, and pay only for what you send.
The mail section
The email tools live under the Mail entry in the organizer area, split into tabs:
| Overview | A dashboard of your contacts, lists, campaigns, and templates. |
| Campaigns | Create, send, and track email campaigns. |
| Contacts | Your master contact database. |
| Lists | Saved audiences you send to. |
| Templates | Reusable starting points for a campaign. |
| Branding | Your accent colour and logo for emails. |
| Imports | Bring contacts in from a CSV file. |
| Billing | What you have spent on sends. |
Contacts
The Contacts tab is your master database — every person you can email, whether or not they are on a list. You can add contacts by:
- importing a CSV file (a ready-to-fill template is provided);
- pasting a batch of email addresses;
- adding a single address by hand.
You can delete a contact, or select many and delete them in bulk, to honour a removal request.
Lists (your audiences)
A list is a saved audience you send a campaign to. Build one from your own players in a few clicks:
- From your events — add the ticket-holders of a tournament or event, your organization followers, or players who bookmarked your tournaments.
- Paste emails — drop in a batch of addresses.
- One email — add a single person.
- CSV file — import from a spreadsheet.
A list can also auto-sync from new registrations, so it stays current as players sign up.
Consent, done right
Your own players are contactable under legitimate interest: when you add ticket-holders, their consent source is recorded as "Registered to <your event>". People you did not meet through an event (a cold list) go through a double opt-in — they confirm by email before you can send to them.
Unsubscribes and the suppression list are always respected: once someone opts out, they are never emailed again, and every campaign carries a working unsubscribe link.
Building a campaign
Start from a template or a blank canvas, then drag content blocks into place: text, images, buttons, and a special Event card block that embeds one of your tournaments with its cover, date, and a Register button.
Personalize with merge tags that fill in each recipient's details:
Send yourself a test first — it fills the merge tags with sample values so you see exactly what a recipient gets.
The Branding tab sets your accent colour and adds your logo to the email header automatically. Six ready-made templates come with live previews to get you started.
